Refund policy

At GM Apparel, each piece is made to order — custom printed just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, including ordering the wrong size, color, or design.

✅ Damaged or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we’ll make it right. Please email us at gmapparel01@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, and include:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo of the item showing the problem

  • Your order number

We’ll send a free replacement as soon as it’s approved.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Items ordered in the wrong size or color

  • Change-of-mind returns

  • Sale items or gift cards

📦 Lost Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the item, please contact us — we’ll do our best to help, though we're not responsible for carrier errors or stolen packages.
